- Providing basic and treatment care considering the individual needs of patients
- Planning and documenting nursing measures

Your previous experience:
- Degree in health and nursing
- Initial work experience in nursing is desirable but not mandatory
- Empathy and the ability to adapt to the needs of patients
- Team spirit, flexibility, and high social competence
- Commitment to continuous improvement of nursing quality
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
